Verrier sells supplies, tools and materials to enthusiasts and working studios.
Glass
The glass stock is approximately one third kiln forming glass and the rest is standard art glass for leaded and stained glass and mosaic objects.
The standard art glass includes material from a variety of manufacturers including Armstrong, Desag, Kokomo, Lamberts, Spectrum, St Just, Tatra and Wissmach. A variety of glass from other manufacturers is also stocked. The studio concentrates on transparent and streaky glasses, but has a range of opalescent and wispy glasses.
The studio stocks two fusing glasses:
Bullseye
This is the premier kiln forming glass - it has a wide range of subtle colour variations and is very stable in firing conditions. The studio concentrates on 69 colours, but has 168 colours of sheet glass in stock - a wider range than all suppliers but Warm Glass. The studio carries most of the powders and confetti, and a range of frits. A wide variety of stringer colours is available as well as a range of rod colours.
Spectrum
This range of kiln forming glass - called System 96 - is made by both Spectrum and Uroboros. It has a wide range of vibrant colours and a number of accessory materials. As a result of a purchasing arrangement, Verrier is able to sell a range of this glass at up to 20% less than Pearsons Glass does.
Tools
